Sold is the number of said Homes/Properties that went to closing and transferred from Seller to Buyer during October, 2006.  Avg. SP (Sales Price) is the actual Average Sales Price of Homes/Properties that sold in said time period. %SP/LP is the percentage that sold properties Sale Price divided by their List Price on the market.   Avg. DOM (Days on Market)  is the Average amount of days the sold propeties were active on the market before going Under Contract (Pending).
